Stay safe and protect others with the new Bluebella face covering. All proceeds from the sale of these face coverings go to Chayn, a charity committed to using innovative digital tools to support victims of domestic violence. Machine washable at 60 degrees, these reusable face coverings are soft against the skin with a moulded design for the best coverage. Elasticated trim ensures a snug yet comfortable fit, with adjustable ear-loops. The face covering is doubled layered with an anti-bacterial finish on the inner lining which will last between 40 and 50 washes. Two separate inner filters are included, with one filter to be inserted between the linings of the covering before use. The inner filters do not need to be washed and should be removed before washing the face covering. This is a personal use face covering and not a medical grade mask. This product is non-returnable, unless faulty.
You may wish to change the filter every 7 – 14 days depending on usage. (Please note Bluebella do not supply additional filters - additional filters can be purchased from external sites).

However please note that during peak demand time (e.g. Black Friday weekend, Christmas and Valentine's Day) deliveries may take longer than expected. Bluebella currently uses USPS, Landmark and DHL services to ship to the US, with standard and express shipping options available.

Larger orders will arrive in an unbranded brown mailer box.

For maximum peace of mind, all orders are sent with tracking straight to your door. You can easily track your order on the relevant courier website with the information tracking code we automatically send to you on your order confirmation.
CHOOSING YOUR SHIPPING OPTION
When you check out, you will be able to choose which delivery service you would like. The checkout will always clearly explain which options are available to you.
All available items are in stock for same day despatch. The tracking link in your confirmation email allows you to monitor the status of your order from dispatch to delivery.
WHAT IF YOU ARE OUT WHEN YOUR ORDER ARRIVES?
If you are out when the parcel arrives, a delivery attempt will be registered on your tracking (provided in your Shipping Confirmation Email). You will then be able to contact the courier directly via the details provided on their tracking page in order to rearrange delivery for a time more convenient for you or to arrange a collection (if available).
Most couriers have a delivery window of 8AM to 8PM and will provide a delivery time estimate but please refer to your tracking for more information.
WHAT IF YOUR ORDER DOESN'T ARRIVE WHEN YOU EXPECT?
If your delivery is more than 4 working days overdue, please contact us. We will then do everything we can to track down your order.
RETURNS & REFUNDS

IMPORTANT NOTE: During peak demand time (e.g. Black Friday weekend, Christmas and Valentine's Day) deliveries may take longer than expected. For this reason our Express shipping may be delayed.
Generally, order before 12pm (BST) from Monday – Thursday for your order to arrive within 2 working days. We do not currently offer weekend delivery on Saturday or Sunday. Any orders placed on a Friday after 12pm (BST) or over the weekend with Express delivery will be dispatched the next working day and delivered within 2 working days. Orders placed on UK public holidays will be processed the following working day which can add one more day to delivery times.
