Returns

If you need to return any part of your order, you have 28 days from receiving your parcel to do so. Please ensure your item(s) are securely packaged in their original packaging, with all tags attached, and that the updated delivery note is included. All returns must be unworn and in their original condition. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, processing typically takes 4–14 working days.

 

 

HOW DO I RETURN?


  1. Go to our returns portal with your order number and email address/ZIP code. You can find your order number in your order confirmation email.

  2. Select the items you wish to return and the reason for the return, then follow the steps on our returns portal.

  3. Package your items in the original packaging with the updated delivery note and follow the instructions provided on our returns portal.

 

 

We offer exchanges for the same style in a different size, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please follow the returns process and select the exchange option where available.


If you would prefer a different style or product, we recommend returning your item(s) for a full refund and placing a new order. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

FAULTY ITEMS


If your item is incorrect or faulty, please contact customercare@bluebella.com within 14 days of the receipt of the parcel to obtain a refund.


Please do not post any faulty or incorrect items back to us before our customer care team has advised you.


Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged or if a subsequent manufacturing fault occurs within 6 months after delivery. 


Any items displaying damage deemed to be a result of wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.


Please note that we are unable to accept personalized items as faulty if the damage is a result of general wear and tear. Please contact our customer care team if you would like further information.
